Sea water RO system

Modern water technology is providing a smart Seawater reverse osmosis series with very low power consumption, small footprint, cost effective and reliable solution for customers in water-scarce regions. The desalination units are suitable to treat water with a salinity of up to 45000ppm using the state of the arts equipment.

SW RO units are modular and can be easily connected to manage larger flows as required.. Units are skid mounted for ease of installation.

MOVING BED BIOFILM REACTOR (MBBR) TECHNOLOGY

MBBR technology employs thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment basin. Each individual biocarrier increases productivity through providing protected surface area to support the growth of heterotrophic and autotrophic bacteria within its cells. It is this high-density population of bacteria that achieves high-rate biodegradation within the system, while also offering process reliability and ease of operation.
This technology provides cost-effective treatment with minimal maintenance since MBBR processes self-maintain an optimum level of productive biofilm. Additionally, the biofilm attached to the mobile biocarriers within the system automatically responds to load fluctuations.

Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor systems deliver a flexible, cost-effective, and easy-to-operate means to address current wastewater requirements and the expandability to meet future loads or more stringent discharge requirements within a compact design.

Ultra-filtration system

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a process of separation under pressure, able to separate insoluble particles form the water. Ultrafiltration systems are ideal for Ground water and surface water treatment, as well as Seawater desalination pretreatment applications. Using robust

outside-in PVDF fiber technology the hol ow fiber membranes benefit from high clean-ability, low chemical consumption, high recovery, and a superior combination of mechanical properties and chemical resistance.
